Sat 10 July - Cancer research family fun day


Come along to the family fun day in aid of Cancer Research in Upper Castle Park. Design yourself a cycle themed flag to take home, pick up local cycle maps and our latest Get On Your Bike leaflet and chat to the Cycle Colchester team about cycling.
The event includes bouncy castles, a petting zoo, puppet show, gifts and treats, games, performers, fund raising stalls and much more and is open between 10:30am and 4pm.

Find out about the e-bikes he has built, his campaigning for better cycle links particularly between towns and his lobbying for ebikes to be recognised as a mobility aid. 'Getting the bus is causing me big problems, but cycling is good. Going to work by bus I’m sitting down for an hour and a half and I’d have to take painkillers before going to work, but not when I’m cycling.'
