The rides start and finish on Monks Farm, Coles Oak Lane, Dedham and the event starts at 8am and will finish at 3pm.
It's a great event for cyclists at all levels whether you enjoy a fun family bike ride, a team building challenge or like to pedal solo.
Cycle Colchester will be supporting St Helena Hospice by offering Dr Bike free health checks and an information stall.
If members of your family are taking part, but you aren't, bring a picnic along and relax at the lovely Monks Farm while you wait for them to return.
To keep families waiting for their riders to complete the route occupied, Pulp Friction our pedal powered smoothie maker will be on hand and we will be offering our fun flag making activity for the kids.
