FREE Dr Bike at Monkwick Fun Day and Wivenhoe Bike Kitchen Bike Maintenance for Beginners

Monkwick Fun Day - Bring your bike along to the Monkwick Fun day and let Neil Allen, Monkwick's own Dr Bike give it a free health check. The fun day is open 10am to 4pm.

Wivenhoe Bike Kitchen Bike Maintenance for Beginners course starting at 10am. Contact bicyclewiv@gmail.com to book your place. Course covers tyres, how to make quick and easy adjustments to gears and brakes and where to oil (and more importantly where not to oil) to keep your bike running smoothly. £8 waged, £3 unwaged. 2 hours.
